Who we help · Hospitality
IT that survives a full house
Restaurants, hotels, bars and venues live or die on the busy shift. When the Wi-Fi, the till or the card machine picks that moment to fail, you need a fast human — not a ticket number. That's the job.
Sound familiar?
The hospitality version of an IT problem
If any of these land, that's where we come in — start with the symptom, not the service name.
“The guest Wi-Fi falls over the moment we're full.”
Connectivity & Communications“The till froze in the middle of Saturday service.”
Managed IT Support“Card payments drop and nobody knows who to call.”
Connectivity & Communications“We take bookings and card details, but nobody's checked it's secure.”
Cyber Security“Seasonal staff come and go and their logins never get tidied up.”
Managed IT Support“Three venues, three different setups, one headache.”
IT StrategyHow we help
Built for the busy shift
The same six services every client gets, shaped around a business where the customer is standing right there.
Wi-Fi that holds at capacity
Surveyed access points, guest and staff networks kept separate, and coverage that reaches the function room — not just the bar.
Tills, KDS and card machines online
The devices service depends on — EPOS, kitchen displays, card terminals — monitored and supported, so a freeze at 8pm on Saturday gets a fast human, not a queue.
Booking and card data kept safe
The security basics that sit under PCI DSS — segmented networks, MFA, patching, sensible access — set up properly so guest data isn't the weak link.
Phones and bookings in the cloud
Calls that follow you across venues, ready for the 2027 switch-off, so a missed call isn't a missed table.
Backups and a bad-day plan
Your booking system, accounts and Microsoft 365 backed up and restore-tested, with a written plan for the morning something's gone wrong.
One provider across every site
Multi-venue networks designed once and standardised, so a new opening plugs into a known-good setup instead of starting from scratch.
FAQ
Cover, card data and Wi-Fi, answered
The things hospitality operators check before they trust anyone with a busy service.
Our busiest hours are evenings and weekends — will anyone actually be there?
The phone is answered around the clock, so an urgent outage mid-service reaches a person, not an answerphone. Day-to-day requests are handled in office hours. We'll agree what counts as urgent up front so there's no debate at 9pm on a Friday.
We take card payments. Do you handle PCI DSS?
We're not a card-industry assessor (a QSA), so we don't certify you. What we do is put the technical groundwork in place — network segmentation, MFA, patching, secure Wi-Fi — that the PCI questionnaire asks about, and work alongside your payment provider so the self-assessment isn't a scramble.
Can you sort guest Wi-Fi properly? Ours is always slow.
Yes — this is core connectivity work, not an afterthought. We survey coverage, put guests on their own network well away from tills and back-office systems, and size the line so a full room doesn't crawl. If the broadband itself isn't up to it, we'll show you the options with real prices.
We're opening a second site. Can you set it up from scratch?
That's a good time to bring us in. We design the network, Wi-Fi, phones and devices as a repeatable template, so the second and third openings are quicker and consistent rather than another one-off tangle.

Get IT that's ready for Saturday night
Tell us about your venues and what tends to break at the worst moment. We'll explain, plainly, how we'd steady it.
No pressure and no obligation — “not yet” is a perfectly good outcome of the call.
